St Louis Party Bus: FAQ

Over the years, we have found that many of our conversations with first time customers consist of these frequently asked questions. It's our hope that we've saved you some time and trouble by posting these questions and answers here. If we happened to have missed your most pressing questions, simply give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll be happy to address any concerns that you may have.

"What if we stay longer than we had planned to? Will we be charged an additional fee?"

There are never any additional fees for staying longer! We love it when you're having a good time and will always encourage you to stay as long as you like. We simply continue to charge you at the same hourly rate that we agreed to at the time of booking. It's that simple.

"Are we allowed to smoke on the bus?"

We're sorry, but no you may not smoke on the bus. We enforce a very strict no smoking policy on the bus both for the protection of our furnishings and out of respect for our nonsmoking guests. We appreciate you adhering to this policy during your trip.

"But we can drink on the bus, right?"

Of course you may. We are not allowed to provide you with alcoholic beverages according to the law, but you can certainly bring your own on board, and we do provide you with plenty of ice and cups. This is just one of many reasons that it's called a party bus!

"Do we need to clean the bus before we return it to you?"

We do ask that the bus is returned to us in the same condition that you received it in. We cannot hold your bottles and drinks for you, so please don't leave them on the bus after your trip is over.

"How far do you travel?" -or- "Will you travel further for my special event?"

Our service area page lists our most frequently visited areas, but with enough advance notice, we will travel much further out of the area. Trips more than 50 miles outside the St Louis area may or may not be subject to additional fees. Please contact us by phone or email for complete details on pricing.

"How do I get in contact with party bus services that are outside of St Louis? I've used you guys in the past and want similar top quality service."

Our recommended companies to do business with from dealing with them in the past is Cincinnati Party Bus.

"Do I need to make a deposit in order to reserve a bus?"

We do require a deposit. The booking process is very simple, however. Just give us a call and we can accept your credit card deposit over the phone. We do recommend that you call at least two weeks in advance if you want to be sure that your date isn't already taken!
